What is an Interwoven Healing Arts session? Let's start with a description of sorts. It's a modality, a tool, a system or better yet, a web. As we all know, you can't pull on one thread without affecting the whole web. Thus, we know a wholistic view of health means understanding that we must work with all aspects of self: spirit, mind, and body. Born from the result of over twenty years of study and practice in the healing arts and as a priestess, my work reflects this understanding.
Over the years I have studied modalities including but not limited to: massage therapy, reiki, craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy, herbs, essential oil, and flower essences, toe reading, past life regression, sound healing, shamanic cord cutting, soul-retrieval, and death doula training. All this study has led to a method I call Interwoven Healing Arts. It's an integration of the wisdom of many paths and healing modalities and central to the work is the understanding of this interconnectedness of all life.
Spirit informs mind, mind effects body, and body is how spirit speaks to us. With this understanding of spirit, mind, and body being inextricably interwoven, we can more fully honor our whole Human Being. With safety, non-judgement, and curiosity we explore ways to become safely embodied and therefore able to live from a more soul-centric place.
With an array of tools to weave from, each session is unique and no two sessions are exactly the same. The best way to come to a session is with an open heart and mind. Give yourself permission to have the experience that is highest and best for you. While it's not a must, comfy clothes are recommended.
I'm often heard saying "I just work here" as a nod to the fact that I believe we are working not only with one another as humans but in co-creation with spirit. It's a helpful reminder to stay humble-it's always bigger than us! I like to approach this work as curious explorer and allow spirit to support and surprise us along the way. When we co-create, magic happens!
Sessions cost $555 and typically take two to three hours. While I recognize the value and worth of this work, I also understand that sometimes cost can be a barrier. In an effort to keep this work accessible for as many as possible, I accept a sliding fee scale from $555-$222. This allows some folks to pay full price and "pay it forward" while others have access to work that they might otherwise miss.
